• OAuth Profile Data — When you sign in with GitHub, we receive your username, display name, email address, and avatar URL.
• Email Address — Used for account communication and transactional notifications.
• Usage Data — Pages visited, skills viewed, search queries, and general interaction patterns to improve the Platform.
• Payment Information — Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process purchases and payouts
• Operate and improve the marketplace
• Conduct security review of submitted skills
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, review results)
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Stripe — Payment and payout data is shared with Stripe for transaction processing.
• Security Review — Skill files are submitted to VirusTotal for malware analysis.
• Legal Requirements — We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Authentication Token — An HttpOnly cookie that maintains your login session.
• Referral Tracking — A cookie that attributes purchases to referral links, with a 30-day expiration window.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. The Platform runs on Cloudflare's global infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored as HttpOnly, Secure cookies. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records and transaction data are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal profile data within 30 days, though anonymized usage data and transaction records may be retained as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Portability — Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
